Where in room consultations may be difficult, we are able to conduct home visits in the Lithgow and Blue Mountains region. We can travel anywhere between Glenbrook and Katoomba.
The best way to see if you are eligible is to contact us before to see if we can accommodate your needs.
We work closely with Home Aged Care Providers such as Anglicare, Hammond Care and Australian Unity and can conduct assessments and provide ongoing treatment.
