Lithgow

We are located at 225 Mort Street, Lithgow. The building faces Mort Street, opposite Woolworths Carpark. Entrance and parking are at the rear, on Lett Street.

Springwood

We are located at 22 Hawkesbury Road, Springwood. We are a blue house on the left-hand side on the way to Winmalee. There is plenty of onsite parking behind the building.

You do not need a referral to see a Physiotherapist if you are a Private Patient. A referral is required if your injury is work-related or if you are a third-party patient, including DVA.

We recommend clothing that allows the injured area to be visible for an accurate assessment. We recommend shorts for lower limbs and t-shirts/singlets for upper limb.

We can also provide gowns and draping if required.

Please bring any relevant scans or referrals you have from Doctors or Allied Health Professionals.

Please let reception know if you have had scans as we have access to the relevant electronic databases.

We have online access to I-MED Radiology (Lithgow Hospital), Castlereagh Imaging, PRP Imaging, Quantum Radiology, Nepean Radiology and High Street Medical Imaging.

We see patients who present with a Medicare Care Plan from their GP. There is a gap fee at the time of consultation.

We have HICAPS on-site. The gap payment is dependant on your health fund and level of extras cover. If you are wanting to know the exact gap payment prior to your appointment, a quotation can be provided on-site.
